5 rounds for time

9 x deadlift (135/95)

6 x hang power snatch

3 x overhead squat


12 minutes to find your 3RM of Front Squat

then

"May I have another?"

as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

3 x burpees

6 x air squats

9 x ring dips

12x kettlebell swings (70/55lbs)
