Moms: 5 rounds

10 ring rows

7pm class: 5 rounds for time

20ring rows

20push ups

20sit ups

Wod: 8 rounds for max reps

20 seconds of deadlift ( 135/95 lbs)

10 seconds rest

20 seconds of double unders

10 seconds rest

*if you cannot do double unders, then divide your total single unders by 3
