Wod: 1000 meter row

25 push press (75/55lbs)

25 box jumps (24/20”)

25 sumo deadlift high pull ( 75/55lbs)

25 knees to elbows

25 wallballs (20/14 lbs) at (10/8 ft ) target

25 burpees

5 muscle ups

Moms (make up day at 11:00am): 30-20-10 reps

Kettle bell deadlifts

Step ups

Push ups

***It's gameday folks.  Get rested up and hydrated for the races.  We will be setting up shop at 3:00.  Bring your drinks of choice, a change of clothes, and some snacks.  We hope to see you all there.  The race is on 31st street, between garnette and 129th.  Be there or be square!!!

Wod: snatch 8 x 2 reps

Then 8 minutes of tabata abs, L sits and hollow rocks

7pm: As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes;

Row 100 meters

5 jumping pull ups

10 walking lunges

15 overhead squats

* we will be reviewing some exercises before hand
