As a team of two complete the following in order:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
You can partion the run.
You must complete each reps before moving onto the next exercise.
Only one partner may work at a time.
* Just a reminder: we will be closed in obsevance of Easter Sunday.
* At home WOD for Sunday: 50 burpees for time or eat 50 Cabury Creme Eggs.
