CrossFit Eclipse Travel Workouts

Day 1

5 rounds for time of:

10 Air Squats

20 push-ups

40 sit-ups

 

Day 2

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

100m run (110 yards)

15 Burpees

30 Russian twists ( 15 each side)

 

Day 3

Tabata style

20 seconds on/10 seconds rest for 4 mins for each exercise:

Mountain climbers

Wide grip push ups

Lunges

Hollow rocks

 

Day 4

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps

Squats

Sit ups

 

Day 5

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 push-ups

10 step ups/box jumps

15 pull-ups/push press

 

Day 6

4 rounds for time of:

400m run

50 squats

 

Day 7

Alternating Tabata (20 seconds work/10 seconds rest. Repeat for 16 times. 8 minutes of work.)

Squats and Push ups

 

Day 8


50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

Jumping jacks

Push-ups

Day 9

21-15-9 reps for time of:

Inch worms

Squat jumps

Day 10

7 rounds for time of:

200m run

50 lunges (25 each leg)

25 Burpees
