Tuesday: Back Squat

Strength WOD: Back squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Turkish get ups 6-4-2 ( each arm)

*the 7pm class will be cancelled due to kickball championships. Come out and cheer for Haley, Halie, and Daniel!

* Escape from Turkey Mountain results:  Wendi 13th overall, 1st in age group!  Grant 26th place overall, 8th in age group! Coach Craig 18th overall, 3rd in age group. Congrats to all three CrossFit Eclipse Athletes!

Monday: Labor Day

Labor Day WOD: 5 rounds for max reps:

30 seconds on, 30 seconds off

Regular Class: 400 meter walking lunge

30 sumo deadlift high pulls (75/55 lbs)

20 ring dips

30 bent over rows (75/55lbs)

20 knees to elbows

30 power snatch (75/55 lbs)

400 meter row

30 overhead squats (75/55lbs)

Sunday: Foosball

Regular Class: “Partner take away “

Run 800meters/ring rows

Run 800 meters/sit ups

Run 800meters/toe to bar

* in teams of two, both will complete the exercises together. Partner 1 will run 800 meters while partner 2 does ring rows. Once partner 1 returns, then switch, Partner 2 now runs 800 meters and partner 1 ring rows.

* do the same thing for sit ups and toe to bar

* record time to complete the entire workout

* add up of the reps completed for each exercise

*subtract the total time from total reps (1 rep = 1 second)

* the lowest team score will win some Labor Day SWAG (stuff we all get.)

* coaches cannot win SWAG L
