What is CrossFit?

We believe that everyone is an athlete, and we work to increase your athletic ability. Our classes and private coaching are based on CrossFit methodology.

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable. Meaning, a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness results by themselves or as a compliment to your sport-specific training regime.

Every workout is different, and you will rarely do the same thing twice, therefore, you are less likely to lose interest or become bored. Most people become bored doing the same circuits at the gym three days a week. Because our workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long they can fit even the busiest schedules.

A huge aspect of CrossFit is the GROUP environment.  CrossFit brings a feeling of camaraderie un-matched in day to day life.  This phenomena brings excitement and anticipation while athletes wait for the next Workout of the Day (WOD).  This aspect keeps athletes engaged, bringing tremendous results.
