Tell us about your sports & fitness background.
I just do CrossFit.
How did you first get in to CrossFit? How did it go?
My mom said, “Let’s get Starbucks.” I said, “OK.” And we went to the gym and I loved it.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health, and fitness since starting CrossFit?
I’m faster, stronger, and I have tiny, tiny abs.
What impact has CrossFit had on your life?
It’s a daily activity for my family to bring me to CrossFit.
What is your advice for people getting started or thinking about starting CrossFit?
Don’t rush, take your time, and be patient with the coaches and yourself.
What are your hobbies, interests, and other talents outside of CrossFit? I’m good at math and jumping over stuff.
