Brandon has been in the CrossFit game for 2 years now and is always showing his son Ethan how to lift some big weights. He is always coming in wanting to deadlift but always puts in the work even when the workout doesn’t involve them. This hardworking dad is the reason we love what we do here at CrossFit Eclipse, helping members like Brandon improve abilities of strength and improve biomarkers in the health as well.
