If you prefer to start with an individual or small group setting, we offer this fast course for athletes new to CrossFit. This is a 4 session course which will allow us to both familiarize you with the CrossFit program as a whole, as well as carefully teach you excellent technique for the program’s foundational exercises.

The focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This will be a 1 hour group session. We will focus on technical efficiency and lifting correctly.
